Manual install

 

In this tutorial i will teach you how to manually install plugins on your Osclass website by uploading the files directly to your server.

A FTP client will be necessary if you work with a remote server.


Filezilla FTP is a free client used by many people including me.

Requirements

 

  • OsClass pre installed and configured
  • Theme zip file
  • FTP client ( Filezilla is a free one )

01 - Where to copy the files?

 

Unzip your plugin .zip file in the following folder:


{path to my website}/oc-content/plugins/



02 - Installing your plugin

 

Go to your admin panel, normaly located at:


http://mysite.com/oc-admin


Obs: Don´t forget to replace “mysite.com” with your website url.

 


03 - Go to "Plugins/Manage plugins"




04 - Find your plugin on the list

05 - Click install

06 - All done!

 

Easy hum? Now you can try many diferent third party plugins available for Osclass.
